About Department

Computer Science and Engineering Department is established with an aim of building creative IT professionals to acquire core knowledge and skills required by IT industry or research institutes to meet global challenges. The courses are taught by the industry experts, experienced, qualified faculty and the global researchers. The laboratories are set up with open source software, high configuration computer systems for technical training and research work. Regular knowledge sharing sessions are conducted by experts and alumni to keep up with the rapidly evolving technology

PEO's (Program Education Objectives)
  • To prepare students with a strong foundation in the mathematical, scientific and engineering fundamentals necessary to formulate, solve and analyse engineering problems
  • To prepare them for higher(graduate) studies, R & D, consultancy and higher Learning through Value Based Quality Education
  • To provide exposure to emerging cutting edge technologies, adequate training & opportunities to work as teams on multidisciplinary projects with effective communication skills and leadership qualities
  • To develop an aptitude for lifelong learning required to cope up with latest developments in IT Sector through value added programs
  • To adapt to different roles and demonstrate leaderships in global IT environment by respecting diversity, professionalism and ethical practices

  • An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering as it applies to Computer Science & Engineering to solve engineering problems
  • An ability to use research methods to design and conduct experiments to investigate complex problems, as well as to analyze and interpret data
