SGU has developed a culture of vibrant campus. Number of activities like Techno-Fest, Seminars, Confrences, Hackathons and Quizzes are organized throughout the year. Annual Social gathering, Annual Cultural and Sports are also organized.

Yes. There is a full encouragement and support offered for such activities. There is also provision of funding with all the schools under the University for such Activities. Research and professional development of teachers is always encouraged.

There are 20 faculty members who have completed their Ph.D. and more than 30 members are on the verge of completing their Ph.Ds

Yes. We have central placement cell with Placement Officer. All the students in SGU participate in a comprehensive Softskill training program every year to prepare themselves to face the recruitment process of National and International recruiters. Efforts are made to place all the eligible candidates.

Parents are allowed to meet their wards once in a month. If required whenever necessary with the prior permission of the authoritiy.

Working hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM

Yes. Safety and security of the entire student is taken care of. Our 24 hours security services are available. The whole campus is under CCCTV. Anti-ragging policies are strictly observed and special vigilance squad is in place.
